Charlie

Charlie is a Swiss kiter who used to live in Cabarete. Unfortunately he had a major accident flying his kite at Bozo beach. He got a big crack in his skull being dragged into the wall of a building, and went through 2 operations at the hospital in Puerto Plata. Luckily everything went fine, and he is now recovering in Switzerland. Rumors are that he wants to return to Cabarete as a kite-instructor to teach people how to avoid getting into accidents like this.
